Milestone AI Bridge resource location

All required Milestone AI Bridge resources can be downloaded from the Amazon ECR Public Gallery - milestonesys/aibridge public repository or from the Milestone download page, depending on which Milestone AI Bridge components you want to download.

Container management software

Milestone AI Bridge can be hosted on both Docker compose and Kubernetes. Chose the download that matches your runtime environment.

Docker Compose

Log on to the Milestone download page, filter the page by product (for example AI Bridge) and by the desired version.
Download the Milestone AI Bridge resource file and extract files from the aibridge_compose_deployment folder.

Kubernetes

The Kubernetes Helm chart can be downloaded from the Amazon ECR Public Gallery - milestonesys/aibridge public repository, located here: https://gallery.ecr.aws/milestonesys/aibridge.

You do not need an Amazon account to access the repository.

Container images

The container images required for Milestone AI Bridge operations are located in the Amazon ECR Public Gallery - milestonesys/aibridge public repository, located at https://gallery.ecr.aws/milestonesys/aibridge. The containers will be retrieved when deploying Milestone AI Bridge using Docker Compose or Helm charts but can also be manually downloaded individually.

You do not need an Amazon account to access the repository.

The offline Milestone AI Bridge Reference manual

The Milestone XProtect Processing Server Admin Plugin

If you want to use the all the features provided by Milestone AI Bridge and you are running Milestone XProtect 2022R3 or newer, you must install the Milestone XProtect Processing Server Admin Plugin for the XProtect Management Client.

Download the Milestone XProtect Processing Server Admin Plugin

Log on to the Milestone download page, filter the page by product (for example AI Bridge) and by the desired version.
Download the Milestone AI Bridge resource file and extract the VideoOS.ProcessingServer.Plugin.Admin.Installer.exe file from the aibridge_xprotect_plugin folder.

Milestone XProtect patches

If you are running XProtect 2022R2 or XProtect 2022R1, you must apply the appropriate patch to your XProtect installation before installing the Milestone XProtect Processing Server Admin Plugin.

For XProtect 2022R3 and later, the updates contained in the patch are part of the product by default.

Download the appropriate XProtect patch

Log on to the Milestone download page, filter the page by product (for example AI Bridge) and by the desired version.
Download the Milestone AI Bridge resource file and extract the xprotect_patch_2022_R1 or xprotect_patch_2022_R2 files from the aibridge_xprotect_patch folder.

Milestone AI Bridge does not support XProtect 2021R2 and older.

The Milestone AI Bridge resource file

The Milestone AI Bridge resource file is a zip file that contains many resources which you will need for installing, deploying, setting up, and maintaining your Milestone AI Bridge solution.

A Milestone AI Bridge resource file is created for one specific version of Milestone AI Bridge and can be downloaded from the Milestone download page.

Milestone AI Bridge name

The Milestone AI Bridge resource file is named Milestone_AI_Bridge_<Version>_Resources.zip, where <Version> is the version of Milestone AI Bridge the resource file is created for, for example Milestone_AI_Bridge_2.0.0_Resources.zip.

The Milestone AI Bridge resource file contains the following:
