How come the dashboards are not accessible via Firefox or Chrome?
This can occur when RESEARCH and Web Services are installed on separate machine. To resolve this issue do one of the following:
Install and configure NGINX. For more information, see the NGINX Installation section in the BriefCam Installation Guide.
Use either a fully qualified name (FQDN) or add domain mapping to your DNS server. For more information, see the Configuring a RESEARCH and Web Services Distributed Environment section in the BriefCam Installation Guide.
