When you request access to XProtect Remote Manager for the first time, you are assigned to the role of administrator. These roles are specific to XProtect Remote Manager and define the permissions you have as a user.

With the administrator role, you can assign and manage roles for other users in your organization. You can assign roles from your Milestone portal or by contacting Milestone Order Management.
