From the Access management page, you can manage the access to your sites for people outside of your organization. People who've been granted access can see the same functionalities as you can. You grant users access to sites by adding the sites to an access group. Each access group has an access key that you can share with service providers to monitor your sites.

You can add sites to an access group, revoke access to a site, or delete an access group.

A service provider can access customer sites using access keys provided by your customers.
