Compatibility

Milestone AI Bridge is fully compatible with XProtect VMS version 2022 R3 and later.

If you have one of the following earlier versions, you must first install a patch on your computers with XProtect Management Client:

• XProtect VMS 2022 R1

• XProtect VMS 2022 R2

For all versions of your XProtect VMS product, you must install a plug-in on your computers with XProtect Management Client to be able to subscribe to analytics topics and handle other management tasks related to your IVA applications.

If your IVA applications provide an URL with a web page for XProtect Management Client, you must install the Microsoft Edge WebView2 application on computers with XProtect Management Client. You can download the installer from https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/webview2/.

XProtect VMS versions earlier than 2022 R1 are incompatible with Milestone AI Bridge.
