Why is the loading or processing of a video taking a long time?
Any of the following may be the cause of this:
The original video has very high activity.
The original video has a high resolution and/or high framerate.
There is a network issue – Confirm that network connectivity is set properly.
The server hardware does not meet the requirements.
There might be an issue with the fetching or decoding.
An issue with decoding could be one of many things. But, in general, if there is an issue with decoding then files/requests might fail processing. For decoding, you can look at the
RenderingService.inifile’s SupportedDecoders section.
