I can't create a case and the I see the following in the log:

"WARN - GLOBAL GLOBAL Handled exception. message: unhandled exception from integration. Exception type: System.IO.FileNotFoundException. Exception message: Could not load file or assembly 'Genetec.Media.FrameExtractor, Version=5.7.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=a446968a32b751de' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. 

In general, any exception mentioning "Could not load file or assembly" means that some part of a component is missing.

In the example above, this is probably because the Genetec Plugin installer did not finish correctly and did not deploy a relevant .dll file (C:\Program Files (x86)\Genetec Security Center 5.7 SDK\Genetec.Media.FrameExtractor.dll).

To solve this issue, try reinstalling the plugin.
