I’m trying to start streams for multiple Bosch cameras, but I’m receiving a "profile query failed" error. What should I do?

This error usually indicates incorrect password configurations. To prevent this issue:

For Bosch 12 cameras: 

  1. Create an administrator user named srvadmin.

  2. Make sure the same password is set for both VRM and the VMS login credentials.

For environments using both VRM and VSG cameras: 

  1. Use the same password across VSG and all VRM devices.

  2. Update the Password field in the plugin's .ini file accordingly.
