RESPOND Alerts Settings
Number of Days of Alerts to Display
By default, the ALERTS tab opens displaying the last 24 hours of alerts.

The default time for this drop-down list can be changed using the DefaultTimeDisplayedInRespondInDays environment setting. To show all alerts, enter -1. To show half a day, enter 0.5.
Sound Notification for RESPOND Alerts
To disable the sound notification for RESPOND Alerts for all users, remove the sound file.
To change the sound for all users, you can change the sound file. The supported file formats are .MP3 and .WAV.
The file is located at: clientRelativeFolder\assets\sound\alert.mp3.
Event Time for External RESPOND Alerts
The event time on alerts sent outside the BriefCam system is configurable. Using the Respond.SendAlertsWithThumbnailTime environment setting, the time can be set to the thumbnail time or the start time when the object entered the scene. By default, this setting is set to false.
Sort Alert Sources
Caution
This functionality is not applicable for the Hub. It is only relevant for sites and in standalone deployments.
In the Alerts screen, the order of the video sources only changes right after you change the Sort by time or when you set a filter. To configure the video sources to be sorted every time there is a new alert, change the sortAlertSources environment setting from false to true.
If the source order changes too frequently, change the setting back to false.
Viewed Status of Alerts
By default, when a shared alert is viewed, it is marked as viewed for all users. To have the alert marked as viewed only for the user viewing the alert, set the CollaborativeAlertsViewing environment setting to false. Note that the watched status of the alerts is updated continuously in real-time.
