Generate a recording server uptime report

The uptime report can help you monitor the health of your recording servers. It contains information such as availability percentage, downtime, mean time between failures (MTBF), and mean time to recover (MTTR).

To generate the report:

1. Go to your site and click System insights.

2. Select the period to include in your report. You can pick a preselected period from the Date and time drop-down, or select a period manually.

3. Click the Recording servers tab and click Create report.

4. Select the events you want to include.

5. Select the output format. The file is downloaded to your default download location.
