Remove a site

You can remove a site from XProtect Remote Manager. Removed sites will no longer appear in XProtect Remote Manager. The one-time key that was generated when you added the site is no longer valid.

Removing a site from XProtect Remote Manager will not remove or delete your XProtect VMS installation.

You can add the removed site again by adding a new site and reinstalling the XProtect Cloud Connector on your XProtect management client with a new one-time key.

To remove a site

  1. In the upper right-hand corner, click the account name and select Remove a site.

  2. In the Site field, select the site you want to remove.

  3. Confirm that you want to remove the selected site.

You have removed the site from XProtect Remote Manager. If you do not want your site to report to XProtect Remote Manager, remove the XProtect Cloud Connector app from the management server host.
