Grant other people access to your sites

You can grant access to one or more sites by adding them to an access group and generating an access key.

If you are a service provider, you can't grant access to your customer sites.

To grant access to one or more sites:

1. On the Access management page > My sites tab, select Grant access.

2. Select to add sites to a new or existing access group.

3. Select the sites you want to add to the access group. You can select from sites that are not part of other access groups and are reporting to XProtect Remote Manager.

4. (Optional) To give the access group more context, add a description. Then, click Generate access key.

The system generates an access key. Share this access key with the people you want to monitor and manage your sites.

The access key gives all users access to all sites in the access group.
