Request access to XProtect Remote Manager from Milestone

To log in to XProtect Remote Manager, you must have a My Milestone account associated with an XProtect Remote Manager role.

In this first version, all users receive the Administrator role.

If someone from your company already has an administrator role for XProtect Remote Manager, you can ask them to give you access.

When you don't have an XProtect Remote Manager administrator, or the administrator is unavailable, you can request access from Milestone:

  1. After you have created a My Milestone account, log in to your Milestone Portal with your username and password.

  2. Depending on your Milestone account type, you request access to XProtect Remote Manager in the following ways:

    • From the Reseller & Distributor Portal, select XProtect Remote Manager from the left-hand panel. Then, select Request access to XProtect Remote Manager here.

    • From the Customer Portal, go to Quick links and select XProtect Remote Manager.

  3. Fill out the form with your user details and read and accept the terms of use.

    Milestone reviews the provided information and sends you a link for XProtect Remote Manager on your email. It can take up to four (4) business hours for the email from Milestone to arrive.
