Remove devices
You can remove a device from the recording server it is registered on.
When you remove a device, all recorded data related to the device is deleted permanently.
To remove a device:

Select the site the device belongs to. To see a list of all sites that have been added by an organization, see Get an overview of your sites.

Select Devices from the panel on the left-hand side.

Select the devices you want to remove by selecting the checkbox in the left-most column.

Click on Device actions and select Remove. Then, click on the Remove button to remove the selected devices from the XProtect VMS and XProtect Remote Manager.
Your devices are no longer connected to the VMS.
