Access customer sites

This content is only relevant if you are logged in as a service provider in XProtect Remote Manager. See Account types.

When you want to view and manage sites added by another company account, you can get an access key from that account. A key gives you access to one or more sites in an access group.

With the access key, you get access to all sites in the access group.

To access to sites in an access group after you have obtained an access key:

1. On the Access management page > My customer sites tab, select Access sites.

2. Paste the access key provides by the customer and click Apply key.

You can see all the sites in the access group. You can now monitor the sites from the My customer sites page.
