By default, XProtect Update Manager stores all files you download in the C:\Packages folder. You can add or remove files you want to appear in XProtect Update Manager by copying or moving files to this directory. This is useful, for example, when your VMS installation runs offline and you don't want to connect the update server to the internet.

You can change the location from Settings in the XProtect Update Manager client.
