Subscribe to alerts
You can subscribe to alerts through your XProtect Remote Manager account or when another user adds your email address as an alert recipient.
Subscribe through account settings
To open your account settings, click the
icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and select Account settings.On the Account settings page, enable the Subscribed to alerts button.
Subscribe as an alert recipient
Open the email invitation.
Follow the link in the email to opt in to alert notifications.
To stop receiving notifications, use the unsubscribe link included in alert emails.
