Reinstall XProtect Cloud Connector

You don't need to reinstall XProtect Cloud Connector when you want to upgrade to a newer version. But if you want to temporarily remove XProtect Cloud Connector from your system, for example, when you upgrade your operating system, you must consider the following steps:

  1. From Add & Remove programs in Windows, uninstall your current XProtect Cloud Connector version.

  2. In XProtect Remote Manager, remove the site that the XProtect Cloud Connector is connected to. See Remove a site.

  3. In XProtect Remote Manager, add a new site to generate a new one-time key. See Add a site.

  4. Download and install the latest version of XProtect Cloud Connector. See Install XProtect Cloud Connector .
