Take a snapshot
When you view a video in live or playback mode, or when you start playing an investigation or a bookmark video clip and find something of interest, you can take a snapshot of that content on your device.
Note
If you don't have sufficient user permissions, you will not be able to take snapshots when using the XProtect Mobile app. If in doubt, ask your system administrator.
Snapshots are saved on your mobile device. You cannot change the save locations.
Android - View snapshots on your device's SD card at
/mnt/sdcard/Milestone.iOS - View snapshots in the Photo Library.
To take a snapshot:
Android - Tap the snapshot button
.iOS - Tap the snapshot button

The snapshot button is disabled during playback if no recordings are available.
