Create a new cluster

You can create a new cluster in Failover Cluster Manager. The wizard validates and creates the cluster from the selected hosts.

  1. Open Failover Cluster Manager on any domain server with clustering tools installed.

  2. Select Create Cluster… and add all nodes.

  3. Run cluster validation tests when prompted and fix any reported errors.

  4. Define the cluster name and make sure Add all eligible storage to the cluster is selected.

  5. Complete the wizard and make sure all nodes are Up.
