To open Data Central

You open Data Central from the XProtect Smart Client. Go to the Evidence tab and click the Files button. The Data Central application opens in a new window.

Closing Data Central

You can close Data Central, and it will automatically save your case notes and metadata. To close Data Central, click the close button in the upper-right corner of the Data Central window.
