Configure external IDP login for XProtect Web Client

The option to log in via an external IDP to XProtect Web Client is available for HTTPS connections only.

1. In Management Client, select Tools > Options and open the External IDP tab.

2. In the Redirect URIs for web clients section, select Add.

3. Enter the addresses for XProtect Web Client in the format https://[address]:[port number]/index.html:

   • For the address, enter the host name or the IP address of the computer on which the mobile server is running

   • For the port number, enter the port that XProtect Web Client uses to communicate with the mobile server. For HTTPS connections, the default port number is 8082
