Add an AeroScout MobileView server to the XProtect VMS

You can connect as many AeroScout MobileView servers as you want. To add an AeroScout MobileView server to the XProtect VMS:

1. On the Site Navigation pane in the XProtect Management Client, go to Securitas AeroScout > Integration Service.

2. Right-click Integration Service and select Add New.... A new server item appears. Click Edit to add your server details.

3. To connect to the AeroScout MobileView server, you must specify the following:

   • Address - Specify the address of the AeroScout MobileView server in the format http://[host] or https://[host].

   • Disable certificate validation - If your AeroScout MobileView server uses a certificate that is not trusted by the integration service, you can select to disable the certificate validation. If you select to enable this setting, your connection might not be secure.

   • AeroScout user name - Specify an AeroScout MobileView user with the required permissions to view alarms and events.

   • Password - Specify the password for the AeroScout MobileView user.

   Select Save. If you have successfully connected to the server, its status becomes Running.
