Qlik Redundancy in High Availability

Qlik can be deployed in a multi-node architecture. All nodes should access the same shared folder that contains the data (QVD) with a failover configuration based on Qlik's recommendations. A load balancer can be deployed in front of Qlik to provide a fully automated switch.

File Storage Redundancy

File storage redundancy and failover should be provided by your storage vendor.

Most vendors support various types of high availability deployment models to overcome hardware and software malfunctions.

BriefCam does not require any special configuration to support file storage redundancy. However, it is highly advised to make sure that the redundant storage will be reliable, complete, and have the same I/O and transfer rates as the primary storage.
