If the last row in the log shows a shutdown ended message, this tells you that the service related to this log has stopped and/or the BriefCam VSService in the Windows Services screen has stopped.

To solve this issue, start the Service related to the log in the BriefCam Administrator Console and/or restart the BriefCam VSService:
