Why am I getting a “Failed to create directory" error when I try to add a VMS?
I’m trying to add a VMS in Camera Management and get this error: Failed to create directory: 500 Internal Server Error. Body: Internal server error. What does it mean?
Currently, this generic error can be triggered in (at least) two cases:
Invalid VMS credentials – Wrong VMS username and/or password.
VMS already exists – A VMS with the same name or address is already configured in the system.
