Why is the processing crashing and I'm seeing BriefCam.VSDB.dll in the log file?
You are missing a Media Player and related components that are required by BriefCam.
To resolve this issue:
Go to Add Windows Features or Turn Windows Features on/off.
Look for Media Feature Pack and Windows Media Player.
Install these features from the optional features menu.
