Make sure that the status of the application pools marked below in red are all Started. If you had to start any of them, restart IIS (by opening the Windows Services, right-clicking on the World Wide Web Publishing Service and clicking Restart). If one of the application pools is stopped, you will get a “Service unavailable” error.
