Why am I getting a Missing OXWrapper dll error?
If the Processing Server service crashes on missing OXWrapper.dll (BriefCam.OXWrapper.dll), there may be missing decoders.
To resolve this issue:
Check if ffmpeg dlls are present in the installation directory.
Check if there are missing C++ redists might be missing, try to install them manually. For a list of the required redistributables, see Installed Prerequisites.
