The Number of Objects Ready for Dashboards in RESEARCH source groups remains low. Why?

When working with RESEARCH source groups, the “Number of objects ready for dashboards” may remain low even when the “Number of objects processed” keeps increasing.

To solve this issue:

  1. Check that all the QMC tasks and the BI Rule Engine service are running.

  2. If the timezone in the Postgres SQL database was changed, the BI Rule Engine cannot work correctly. Therefore, if you changed the timezone, edit it back in the postgresql.conf file, which is usually located at: C:\PostgreSQL. The timezone is defined in the log_timezone parameter.

  3. Make sure that the time zone of each BriefCam server (especially the BI Rule Engine service) syncs to the database's timezone.
