How come the dashboards are not accessible via Firefox or Chrome?

This can occur when RESEARCH and Web Services are installed on separate machine. To resolve this issue do one of the following:

  1. Install and configure NGINX. For more information, see the Installing and Configuring NGINX section in the BriefCam Installation Guide.Installing and Configuring NGINX
