インストールのトラブルシューティング

のインストールを成功させるために必要な既存の環境プロパティをすべて抽出するには、BriefCamInstallation Troubleshooter（インストールトラブルシューティング）ツールを使用します。このツールは、Server 2012、Server 2016、Windows 10、およびWindows 11のオペレーティングシステムで使用できます。

  1. に移動{BriefCam Server installation folder}toolsし、すべてのコンテンツを含むinstallation_troubleshooterフォルダーを実行中のディレクトリにコピーします。

  2. 管理者権限でinstallation_troubleshoot.batファイルを実行します。

  3. 設定の詳細についてはBriefCam Administrator Console、db_tool_input.txtファイルを開いてください。

  4. から取得したい設定を追加または削除しBriefCam Administrator Consoleます。

  5. 実行中のディレクトリで、<hostname>__out__<date-time>.txtおよびinstallation_troubleshoot.logファイルを参照してください。
