Adding a Non-ONVIF Camera via RTSP

Go to the Devices tab, click the '+' button and select ‘Add Camera’ from the dropdown menu. Select the Gateway that the camera should connect to. You will be redirected to the installation wizard to configure camera settings.

You will slick on the round blue + button to manually add the camera, as it will not be detected via ONVIF

Enter the RTSP Stream URL per your camera manufacturer's documentation in the Camera IP Address field as shown, using the username and password used to access your camera's stream. Please include a colon, followed by the port number (for example, ":8554") as defined in your camera or NVR hardware configuration after the IP or hostname, as this designates the port for RTSP Streams.

Click Connect, and this should pull in your RTSP stream for the non-ONVIF conformant camera.
