Unregistering and re-registering processing servers and IVA apps

If you or your integrator unregisters an IVA app or processing server or if an IVA app unregisters itself, for example, because of an expired IVA app subscription, it has the following consequences:

• In the camera group Processing Server Camera Group, the related analytics cameras that were created when you subscribed to the IVA app’s analytics topics are disabled. Disabled analytics cameras no longer collect analytics data, but you can still access all previously received data.

• The information about which IVA app’s analytics topics you subscribed to is cleared.

If your integrator re-register a processing server or re-installs an IVA app, it is also re-registered in XProtect Management Client.

• To receive analytics data, you must subscribe to the analytics topics again. When you re-subscribe, you also enable the existing analytics topic-related analytics camera.
