Unregister a processing server
If you want to decommission one of your processing servers or uninstall Milestone AI Bridge, it is recommended to first remove the connection to the processing server.
Suppose your XProtect VMS system is overloaded, and you suspect the communication between the XProtect VMS system and a processing server causes this, you can test this by removing the connection.
When you remove the connection to a processing server, you also unregister all its the IVA apps. You have to manually subscribe to the IVA app's analytics topics again if you restore the connection to a processing server. See Unregistering and re-registering processing servers and IVA apps.
-
Select Site Navigation > Servers > Processing Servers.
-
Right-click the processing server you want to unregister and select Unregister.
You cannot unregister processing servers if you have Milestone AI Bridge version 1.7.1 or earlier or an XProtectVMS product version 2024 R1 or earlier.

Confirm that you want to unregister the processing server.
