Milestone Husky X series storage drives

This document describes the approved data storage drives for Milestone Husky X series Network Video Recorders (NVR).

Milestone channel partners and end customers can freely purchase and use storage drives for the Milestone Husky X series NVRs from other sources than Milestone, if they are described in this document as approved drives.

Approved storage drives

Storage drives approved for the Milestone Husky X series NVRs are:

Use of not approved storage drives

Milestone only guarantees the operation of the Milestone Husky NVR when approved storage drives are used. If other types or models of storage drives are used, Milestone cannot guarantee the performance of the Milestone Husky NVR unit. Milestone does not accept any responsibility for direct or indirect interruptions in the operation of the unit caused by the use of not approved storage drives. The warranty that covers the Milestone Husky NVR unit may be voided by Milestone, at Milestone's sole discretion, if the use of not approved storage drives is deemed to be the cause for a damage on the unit.
