FIPS-140-2 compatibility

Here is the FIPS-140-2 compatibility matrix between OnGuardXProtect Access Integration and Milestone XProtect. This integration is compatible with operating systems that are running in FIPS mode, it is fully tested and supported in these environments. This integration is not officially FIPS-140-2 compliant. However, XProtect and OnGuard are individually both FIPS-140-2 compliant.
