Generate a recording server retention report
The retention report includes a detailed overview of your recording server states for a selected period. You can see how many times the recording server was in Critical, Attention, and Healthy states, and for how long it maintained each state.
To generate the report:
Go to your site and click System insights.
Select the period to include in your report. You can pick a preselected period from the Date and time drop-down, or select a period manually.
Click the Retention time tab and click Create report.
Select the events you want to include.
Select the output format. The file is downloaded to your default download location.
