Create a storage profile
A storage profile must always contain a recording storage, and a recording storage must always be attached to a storage profile, so the process of creating a storage profile is part of creating a recording storage.
To create and configure a new recording storage:
Go to Home > My Customer sites > Site overview > Services and select your recording server.
Click Storage and then click Create recording storage.
Specify your storage parameters.
Your storage profile is now visible on the list. Click on your profile to see more details or add an archive storage.
