External IDP and XProtect Mobile
You can log in to XProtect Web Client or the XProtect Mobile client via an external IDP with XProtect 2022 R3 and later.
Note
To log in with an external IDP to XProtect Web Client or the XProtect Mobile client, you must use an HTTPS connection.
Before you configure external an IDP login for XProtect Web Client and the XProtect Mobile client, make sure that you have:
Configured an external IDP
Registered claims
Mapped claims to roles
To log in to XProtect Web Client via an external IDP, you need additional configuration. See Configure external IDP login for XProtect Web Client.
