Update these server components with the cluster address:

  • Recording Server

    Server Configurator > Registering servers > set cluster address and protocol > Register.

  • Mobile Server:

    Tray icon > Management server address > set cluster address/protocol > OK.

  • Milestone Open Network Bridge Manager

    Tray icon > Configuration > Surveillance Server Credentials > Management Server field > set cluster address/protocol > OK

  • API Gateway

  • OpenTelemetry log forwarding (2026 R1+)
