与其他任何数据库软件一样，如果防病毒程序安装在运行软XProtect件的计算机上，则应排除特定文件类型和文件夹以及某些网络流量。如果沒有實作這些例外，病毒掃描會使用大量的系統資源。更重要的是，掃描程序可以暫時鎖定檔案，從而導致錄影程序中斷，或者甚至造成資料庫損毀。

當您必須執行病毒掃描時，請不要掃描包含錄影資料庫的錄影伺服器資料夾 (預設為 ，以及所有子資料夾)。C:\mediadatabase\同時，避免在歸檔儲存目錄上執行病毒掃描。

建立以下額外的排除：

  • 档案类型： .blk, .idx, .pic

  • 資料夾和子資料夾：

    • C:\Program Files\Milestone 管理應用程式或管理用戶端 C:\Program Files (x86)\Milestone

    • C:\ProgramData\Milestone\IDP\Logs

    • C:\ProgramData\Milestone\KeyManagement\Logs

    • C:\ProgramData\Milestone\MIPSDK

    • C:\ProgramData\Milestone\XProtectData Collector Server\Logs

    • C:\ProgramData\Milestone\XProtectEvent Server\Logs

    • C:\ProgramData\Milestone\XProtectLog Server

    • C:\ProgramData\Milestone\XProtectManagement Server\Logs

    • C:\ProgramData\Milestone\XProtect MobileServer\Logs

    • C:\ProgramData\Milestone\XProtectRecording Server\Logs

    • C:\ProgramData\Milestone\XProtectReport Web Server\Logs

    • C:\ProgramData\Milestone\XProtectRecording Server\Secure\TablesDb

  • 在下列TCP连接埠上排除网路扫描：
