Using the XProtect Evidence Plugin
Starting and logging into the XProtect Evidence Plugin
To use the XProtect Evidence Plugin, start the XProtect Smart Client and select the Evidence tab.
Closing the XProtect Evidence Plugin
When you close the XProtect Smart Client, the XProtect Evidence Plugin closes as well. However, your job continues to run in the background.
NOTE: As long as you press the Submit All button, your jobs are created and handled without additional user intervention, regardless of whether the XProtect Smart Client is open. If you are in the middle of creating a job and you go to a different tab (i.e., Exports) without pressing the Submit button, you will lose your metadata and camera requests.
