To log in to Milestone Customer Dashboard:

  1. Open a web browser.

  2. Enter the web address to Milestone Customer Dashboard (https://online.milestonesys.com/).

  3. Click Continue to go to the login page for Milestone Login.

    Note

    If you cannot log in, your account may not have access to Milestone Customer Dashboard. Go to Milestone support page to contact our support.

  4. Log in using your Milestone login information.

    The Milestone Customer Dashboard main page appears.

On the left-hand side of the main page is the main menu, which is used to navigate to the different pages of Milestone Customer Dashboard.
