If the creation, update or removal of a video restriction was not entirely successful, a message is displayed, and the progress bar is yellow.

Result:

The video restriction is created, updated, or removed but without including some of the selected cameras and/or their related devices. Some devices may still contain restrictions.

Scenario: Some of the recording servers with devices included in the video restriction are offline.

Solution: Wait for the recording server to come online.

Scenario: Your system administrator has changed your video restrictions user rights after you logged into XProtect Smart Client.

Solution: Contact your system administrator.

If the creation, update, or removal of a video restriction is not successful, a message is displayed, and the progress bar is red.

Scenario: All the recording servers with devices included in the video restriction are offline.
