Enable encryption between the Milestone Open Network Bridge and the clients

You can encrypt the connection between the Milestone Open Network Bridge service and the streaming clients with certificates. You must use a certificate in the .pfx format that the clients trust.

1. In the notification area on the computer where the Milestone Open Network Bridge server is installed, right-click the Milestone Open Network Bridge tray icon.

2. Select Manage encryption.

3. Browse for a certificate on your computer. Once you have selected the certificate, enter the certificate password.

   The system checks if the certificate is valid.

4. Click OK to save your configuration. To apply the changes, the system restarts the Milestone Open Network Bridge service.
