Requirements for notifications setup

To notify users when an event occurs:

• You must associate one or more alarms with one or more events and rules. This is not required for system notifications
• You have an up-to-date Milestone Care™ agreement with Milestone Systems. Directly from the Profile menu in the XProtect Mobile app, you can view the details of your Milestone Care agreement and keep track of the renewal dates.
• Your system must have access to the Internet
