XProtect Incident Manager
XProtect Incident Manager 是一个扩展，允许组织记录事件 (incident)，并将它们与来自 XProtect 视频管理软件的片段证据（视频，也可能是音频）相结合。
如果可以访问 XProtect Smart Client 的 XProtect Incident Manager 功能，则可以在 MIP 插件窗格下启动事件 (incident) 项目，并在事件 (incident) 选项卡上找到现有事件 (incident) 项目。如果仅有事件 (incident) 选项卡，并不表示可以访问 XProtect Incident Manager 扩展所提供的功能。
除视频外，XProtect Incident Manager 用户还可以在事件 (incident) 项目中保存所有事件 (incident) 信息。从事件 (incident) 项目中，他们可以跟踪每个事件 (incident) 的状态和活动。通过这种方式，用户可以有效地管理事件 (incident)，并轻松地与内部同事和外部机构共享有力的事件 (incident) 证据。
XProtect Incident Manager 帮助组织大致了解他们调查区域内正在发生的事件 (incident)。这些知识使组织能够采取措施，最大限度地减少将来发生类似事件 (incident) 的可能性。
在 XProtect Management Client 中，组织的 XProtect 视频管理软件管理员可以根据组织的需求，定义 XProtect Incident Manager 中的可用事件 (incident) 属性。XProtect Smart Client 操作员启动、保存和管理事件 (incident) 项目，并向事件 (incident) 项目添加各种信息。这包括自由文本、管理员定义的事件 (incident) 属性以及 XProtect 视频管理软件中的片段。为实现完全可追溯性，XProtect 视频管理软件会记录管理员定义和编辑事件 (incident) 属性的时间，以及操作员创建和更新事件 (incident) 项目的时间。
