View the status of processing servers

You can check the status of your processing servers to ensure that your video is analyzed and analytics data is received from the IVA application.

Which status information is available depends on the IVA application. Typically, you can see the network and hardware load on your processing servers.

  1. Select Site Navigation > Servers > Processing Servers.

  2. Select a processing server.

  3. Check the status data and take corrective actions if necessary.
