Why am I seeing the following warning in the Fetching log: Failed to retrieve directory with InternalId?
After upgrading a system, the services might start in the wrong order, which could cause the fetching from the VMS to fail.
The failure appears as the following in the Fetching Service log:

To resolve this issue:
Open the Windows services and restart the following services: VSService, Redis and the World Wide Web Publishing Service (IIS) by right-clicking on the services and clicking Restart).
